Q: What is the refund policy for my purchase?

A: The refund policy for workshops, classes, teacher training and retreats varies by event. Contact us to learn more about your specific inquiry.

All purchases for downloadable content are non-refundable. Refunds are not permitted for downloadable content such as the Beginner Series Videos. Please contact us if your situation is unique and requires special attention.

Any refunds approved will be processed in 21 to 28 days after approval.

Q: Where are my videos? When will I receive them?

A: Beginner Series Videos are downloadable. Your order confirmation email contains links to the videos. You may also login and access your ideas from the My Account page, under downloads.

Q: How do I register on your website?

A: Registration on the website is only necessary to access information on purchases and orders, or to access purchased products. You are automatically registered when you make a purchase. There is no way to register without making a purchase as there is not benefit to registration without making a purchase.

Q: How do I login to my account?

A: You can login on the My Account page.

Q: I don’t know my password. How can I login?

A: To reset your password click the “Lost your password?” link on the My Account page.

Q: My password isn’t working. Help!

A: Try resetting your password by clicking the “Lost your password?” link on the My Account page. Before you try and login again, please clear your browser history and cache. Sometimes browsers will remember your old password even when you try and enter a new password. It’s best to just clear your browser history when encountering login issues.
